Meet Mick
Mick began working in Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) in 2022 after completing a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a postgraduate certificate in Autism and Behavioural Science. Since then, he has continued to advance his clinical knowledge and skills, completing a Master of Professional Education with a focus in ABA. In 2026, Mick became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and is a Registered Behaviour Analyst (RBA) with the College of Psychologists and Behaviour Analysts of Ontario.
Mick is passionate about helping individuals develop meaningful communication skills that can reduce challenging behaviour, strengthen social relationships, and promote greater independence in everyday life. He values individualized, practical programming with a strong emphasis on ensuring that skills learned in therapy translate to meaningful improvements in real-world settings.
In addition to working directly with learners between the ages of 2 and 20, Mick enjoys training and collaborating with parents, caregivers, staff, and others who play an important role in a learner’s life. By supporting the network around each learner, he aims to help ensure that skills are practiced, reinforced, and maintained across settings
