Meet Lynne

Lynne is a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA) and a Registered Behaviour Analyst (Ont) and is the Executive and Clinical Director of Spectrum.  We are a parent-founded organization dedicated to providing comprehensive, evidence-based treatment to children and youth with a diagnosis on the autism spectrum.  With over 25 years’ experience in the field of applied behaviour analysis (ABA), Lynne has a profound understanding of the strengths, complexities and challenges associated with autism spectrum disorder.  She leads a team of skilled clinicians ensuring that all interventions are rooted in scientifically validated ABA principles. As Clinical Director, Lynne oversees treatment development, provides supervision and mentorship to staff, and is actively involved in assessing the progress of learners to ensure optimal outcomes.

In addition to clinical work, Lynne is deeply involved in the strategic vision of the organization, guiding the development of programs that empower families and create long-lasting positive impacts.  Lynne is passionate about bridging the gap between research and practice in ABA, and she continuously works to stay at the forefront of the latest developments in the field, ensuring that every learner has the opportunity to achieve their fullest potential.  She also works to expand access to ABA services, secure funding, and advocates for policies that support individuals with autism.
