Lynne Thibodeau, M.Ed. - Executive Director
Spectrum's Executive Director, Lynne Thibodeau, M.Ed, has a solid reputation in the local autism community as a Clinical Supervisor for intensive home-based ABA programs for children with autism for the past seven years. Her private practise involves collaborating with 5 senior therapists, and together they supervise home-based ABA programs for children with autism in the Ottawa and Toronto areas, as well as internationally. Ms. Thibodeau's work at Spectrum involves overseeing the development and delivery of all of its programs, as well as providing on-going training and supervision to all Spectrum staff and volunteers.

Jackie Chretien, B.Ed. - Senior Therapist
Jackie completed her B.A. (Sociology) from the University of Toronto and followed this education with a Teaching Degree from University of Ottawa's Bachelor of Education program in 2004. She has worked as an ABA therapist in Ottawa for 4 years providing services to children both at home and school settings under the supervision of Lynne Thibodeau, M.Ed. Jackie is deeply committed to both education and the field of Autism and advances this passion through ongoing training and regularly attending workshops. Jackie has been involved with several programs ranging in basic learner curriculum to more advanced programming and is Senior Therapist for Spectrum in-center programs and home programs in Ottawa and surrounding communities. Jackie is also actively invovled in community education initiatives by regularly presenting ABA workshops for parents and professionals in the Ottawa area in co-operation with Lynne Thibodeau, M.Ed.

Genna McBain B.A/B.Ed
Genna McBain graduated with a bachelors degree in Sociology(Honours) from Guelph University and just recently graduated from Ottawa University with a degree in Education. Genna has been in the ABA field for 2 years and has provided ABA services to children on the spectrum in a home based and school based environment. Genna was our teacher for our summer social camp for the 7-14 year old group. She is currently the lead teacher of the after school social group and a therapist for the morning preschool group. Genna is very energetic and passionate about her work and is very eager to continue to develop her skills in ongoing training and professional development.

Kristen Copeland MA, - Senior Therapist
For the past six years Kristen has been working with children with autism, both in the Ottawa area and overseas. Under the supervision of Lynne Thibodeau, M. Ed, she has worked as both a lead therapist and senior therapist with children of all skill levels ranging in age from 2-16 in both home and centre based environments. She has also worked as both an instructor and the co-ordinator for Spectrum’s Social and Recreation Group.
Kristen's dedication to ongoing professional development has led her to complete Pennsylvania State University's Applied Behaviour Analysis for Special Education (ABA). She is also being mentored by Siri Ming, BCBA. Prior to this, Kristen graduated with her Masters of Arts in Psychology from Carleton University.

Spectrum also relies on volunteers, most importantly, providing 1:1 assistance for the children during programming, and also for other essentials such as preparing crafts for the children and cleaning the toys.
