Inclusion and Transitions Program

SRG (School Readiness Group):

  • Children ages 4 to 8 years old
  • Small group instruction
  • Staff to child ratio of 2:3 or 1:3
  • Focus is on following group and classroom routines independently, development and maintenance of appropriate social and play skills

STRIVE (Supporting Transitions: Reaching Independence Via Education)

  • Children ages 8 to 10 years old
  • Session time consists of some 1:1 learning time and some small group instruction time
  • Staff to child ratio of 2:3
  • Focus is on a variety of communication/language, adaptive and social goals depending on the needs of the participants

SCOPE (Spectrum Classroom Offering Potential through Education)

  • Young adults ages 17 to 20 years old
  • Session time consists of some 1:1 learning time and some small group instruction time
  • Staff to young adult ratio of 2:3
  • Curriculum consists of a variety of communication, adaptive and social skills required to function as independently as possible in the community
