Lynne Thibodeau, BCBA, M.Ed, has a solid reputation in the local autism community as an advocate and professional. She has been supervising home and centre based ABA programs for children and teenagers with autism for the past ten years throughout the province of Ontario as well as overseas. In 1999, she created the AutismsupportOttawa list which is an e-mail list that reaches over 800 parents/professionals in the Ottawa area and beyond.
Her passion for the field has lead her to complete five graduate level classes in ABA from North Texas as well as to complete 1500 hours of mentorship from Siri Ming, BCBA. She has travelled extensively through North America attending conferences and workshops. She presented research at ABA International’s annual conference in 2009.
As Clinical Director at Spectrum, Lynne works closely with the Senior Staff in all aspects of program development and delivery. Her hands on approach allows her to share her vast knowledge and experience with all the Spectrum Staff and volunteers. She also shares her expertise with the community through the creation and delivery of workshops.
